For a limited time every spring, we have certified organic Morchella (Morel) Mushrooms available. We certify our entire land, so although they are certified, they are hand picked in our wild forestlands. Morchellas are a beautiful delicacy, boasting a nutty and slightly buttery flavor. Ranging in size and color, they are best when sauteéd in butter with a few chives or garlic scapes, but can deep-fry as well.
